  • Missing accessories

Unless otherwise stated in writing, these providers operate as independent contractors.

Their findings, professional opinions, certifications, and liabilities are subject to their own service terms and the agreed inspection scope.

1. Customer Review and Approval

The customer is responsible for reviewing all available:

  • Photographs and videos
  • Inspection reports
  • Test results
  • Product specifications
  • Maintenance records
  • Certifications
  • Known-defect disclosures
  • Inspection limitations

Customer approval may be provided by:

  • Signed acceptance
  • Email confirmation

  • Purchase authorization
  • Written electronic message
  • Payment of the remaining balance

Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the available information and accepts the product subject to the disclosed condition and inspection limitations.
